Songs by Bodega de Edgar is a deeply personal project from winemaker Edgar Torres, where wine and music intersect to tell a broader story of place and identity. Based in Paso Robles, the project reflects Torres’ belief that both wine and music are forms of expression—each bottle inspired by rhythm, memory, and experience.

Working with small lots and a focus on Rhône varietals, the wines are sourced from select vineyard sites across Paso Robles, where diverse soils and microclimates shape their character. Each wine is crafted to reflect both its origin and the intention behind it, balancing structure, energy, and approachability.

As founder of Bodega de Edgar, Torres brings a perspective shaped by both tradition and personal journey, weaving cultural influence and creativity into each release. The Songs project allows for a more intimate exploration of that vision—wines that are expressive, layered, and connected to the stories that inspire them.
