The Telluride Mountain Village Owners Association (TMVOA) is a non-profit corporation formed in 1984 and governed by an elected Board of Directors, representing residential, lodging, commercial, and mountain stakeholders within Mountain Village. TMVOA exists to preserve and promote a vital resort community for its members, with a focus on sustaining a vibrant economy and a high-quality experience for residents and visitors alike.

TMVOA plays a key role in supporting the infrastructure and programming that shape daily life in Mountain Village, including serving as the primary funding source for the gondola system and providing a range of member services and community initiatives. Through its focus on event sponsorship, grant funding, and community programming, TMVOA contributes to a dynamic, year-round environment that enhances the character and vitality of the destination.

In addition, TMVOA participates in broader regional efforts including environmental stewardship, transit planning, and long-term development initiatives. Through these combined efforts, TMVOA helps maintain Mountain Village as a desirable place to live, visit, and do business.
