A Napa Valley–based wine professional, Lili Shariati brings a relationship-driven approach to fine wine, rooted in hospitality, culture, and connection.
Lili Shariati is the National Brand Ambassador for Pahlmeyer, bringing a hospitality-driven perspective to fine wine through a focus on relationships, storytelling, and shared experience. Originally from New Jersey, she has been based in Napa Valley since 2013, where she has built her career in wine and hospitality.
Raised in a large Persian family, Shariati developed an early appreciation for the role food and wine play in bringing people together. That foundation continues to shape her approach, emphasizing connection, generosity, and community at the table.
With a background in hospitality and fine wine sales, Shariati holds a WSET Level 2 certification and joined Pahlmeyer in 2021. In her role, she works closely with clients, partners, and trade professionals, representing the brand across markets while building lasting relationships and expanding its presence.
Outside of her professional work, Shariati enjoys an active lifestyle, including hiking, running, biking, and playing pickleball, reflecting her deep connection to the Napa Valley landscape she now calls home.
