Vineyard 29

At Vineyard 29, the story begins with the land itself. Located in Napa Valley, two distinct estate vineyards shape every bottle—one on the valley floor in St. Helena, the other on the western hillside in the Spring Mountain District. Though they share a common origin, these sites produce markedly different expressions of Cabernet Sauvignon, each defined by its structure, depth, and character.

Guided by winemaker Keith Emerson, Vineyard 29 is devoted to crafting wines that reflect their origin. Through detailed vineyard management and the integration of advanced viticultural technology, the estate tracks site conditions to better understand how soil, elevation, and climate influence each vintage. Diverse soils and site variation further define the wines, bringing balance and precision.

Guests of Telluride Reserve will have the opportunity to connect directly with this philosophy through Scotti Stark, who brings the winery’s story to life. While Vineyard 29 is best known for its Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux varietals, the estate also produces Merlot, Zinfandel, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay.

Featured at Telluride Reserve, their Zinfandel offers a broader view of the winery’s range, showcasing a different expression alongside its Cabernet-focused portfolio.
