At Innumero Wines, the philosophy is simple: great wine begins in the vineyard, but becomes exceptional in the space beyond measurement.
Focused on small-production, single-vineyard, single-clone wines, Innumero partners with select growers across Sonoma County, sourcing from premier sites in the Russian River Valley, Fountaingrove District, and Fort Ross-Seaview AVAs. Each vineyard is chosen for its distinct soil, climate, and exposure—ensuring every wine carries a precise and authentic sense of place.
This site-first philosophy defines the winery. Rather than shaping wines in the cellar, Innumero allows the vineyard to lead. Terroir is not interpreted—it is revealed.
Winemaking is intentionally minimal. Fermentations and aging are handled with restraint, preserving the natural character of the fruit and the nuance of each vintage. The approach is disciplined: intervene only when necessary, and only to protect what the vineyard has already expressed.
The result is a tightly focused portfolio defined by purity, structure, and clarity. Each wine reflects a direct, unfiltered connection between vineyard and glass—capturing not just where it was grown, but the conditions, decisions, and moments that shaped it.
At its core, Innumero is guided by the belief that while wine is influenced by measurable factors—site, clone, vintage—the qualities that make it truly compelling exist beyond them. The intangible elements. The unquantifiable. The countless details that cannot be calculated, only experienced.
