Ryan Conklin is a longtime member of the Colorado hospitality community, first as bartender, then bar manager and beverage director, and now as the Director of Mixology and Spirits Education for Southern Glazers Wine and Spirits.
Exposed at a very young age to the food and beverage world while growing up in Las Vegas, he quickly found his calling. Moving to Colorado fresh out of college to further grow and develop as a beverage professional in the Rocky Mountains, he’s now made a life of sharing his passion for education, hospitality, and cocktails.
Ryan’s an alumni from SDSU, a graduate from the prestigious B.A.R. 5 Day program and a Certified Cicerone. Although he no longer spends his night behind a bar, he aims at providing a fresh perspective to the community and a reminder that we are not serving drinks, but we are serving people.
