WINE
Vineyard 29
At Vineyard 29, every wine begins with an intimate understanding of place. Two distinct estate vineyards form the foundation of the winery: the historic 29 Estate on the St. Helena valley floor and Aida Estate high on the western slopes of the Spring Mountain District. Though separated by elevation, soils, and climate, both vineyards are farmed with the same commitment to revealing the unique character of their sites.
Guided by winemaker Keith Emerson, Vineyard 29 combines meticulous farming with one of Napa Valley’s most advanced precision viticulture programs. Using detailed vineyard mapping, soil analysis, and environmental monitoring, the team studies how variations in elevation, exposure, and microclimate influence every block, allowing each vineyard to express itself with remarkable clarity and consistency.
Best known for its Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux varietals, Vineyard 29 also crafts Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, and limited-production blends that reflect the diversity of Napa Valley. Every wine is shaped by a philosophy that balances innovation with restraint, allowing the vineyard rather than the cellar to define each vintage.
Featured at Telluride Reserve, Vineyard 29’s Zinfandel offers guests a different perspective on the estate, showcasing the same precision and site-driven philosophy that have made the winery’s Cabernet Sauvignon among Napa Valley’s most respected wines.
