Montrose Regional Airport (MTJ), approximately 65 miles away, provides a wider range of commercial flights and transportation options including rental cars and shuttle services.

Durango–La Plata County Airport (DRO) also offers additional flight availability and is approximately two hours from Telluride by car.

Travel times vary depending on the point of departure:

Denver: approximately 6 hours

Durango: approximately 2 hours
